Welcome to Koan, operated by Koan Inc., a registered company in Poland with its principal office at Nadwislanska 11, Krakow, Poland ("Koan," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and services ("Services"). By using Koan, you agree to these Terms.
To use Koan, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts. By creating an account, you affirm that you meet these requirements.
You must create an account to use our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Koan provides access to curated business ideas and market opportunity reports. Users can subscribe to preview a limited number of reports per month or purchase full reports individually. Purchased reports are removed from the platform and become the property of the purchaser.

Payments are processed via Stripe. We offer a subscription plan and one-time report purchases. All users are entitled to a no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of purchase.
All Koan-generated content, unless purchased and removed, remains our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without express permission.
Koan provides business intelligence and analysis based on public and proprietary data sources. We do not guarantee the success or accuracy of any business idea or report. Use the information at your own discretion.
We collect user data for operational and analytical purposes, including through Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, and Sentry. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
You may request termination of your account at any time by contacting support@koanapp.com. We will delete all associated data promptly.
Koan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
